The place was nicely appointed, with its experienced staff who did their best to accommodate our early check in request. The food from the outdoor restaurant was outstanding. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, we would stay here again.

My room was good-sized and brand-new with bathroom, a bathtub. The hotel's location was perfect, so close to the city centre, Jett abdali bus station and the booked taxi.

A living area, soundproofing, and a kettle in the room, nice and unbeatable location. Incredible view from the window to swimming pool. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention free parking onsite.

The place was clean, I booked the standard king room with views of garden, everything was very good. The location couldn't be more absolutely perfect and excellent to a local shopping mall. Besides, it was so close to bus stations or highway as well as a quiet residential suburb. The outdoor restaurant in the hotel had lots of food I loved during the trip.

It was clean with fairly quiet staff on C shift. The location was pleasant and marvellous, for example, a landscaped bird park was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

We loved the spacious and comfortable two-bedroom upgrade we received after reporting a problem with the AC. The staff was helpful and resolved our issue quickly. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city, and the breakfast had a good variety. I would recommend this hotel.

Uncomfortable beds. Swimming pool out-of-order. Could not print from business center computer. Breakfast buffet selection ok but general impression negatively affected by poorly-cleaned dishes, glasses and tables.

Taxi drivers did not know its location. Wifi did not work. The fridge did not work. The bathroom smelt unpleasant. There were discrepancies over the final bill. It definitely had the feel of an average 3 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. The decor was dated and unkempt - cracked pictures, torn carpets, sloppy paintwork.
